Appropriate location in a quiet and adequate position

Everything was perfect. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the people were extremely welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Ms. Aizhana Toktoeva, Guest Experience Specialist, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly comfortable.

Large comfortable room and beds. Prompt attention to needs—room service, laundry pickup and delivery. Great view of the mountains!

Great location. Very luxurious and beautiful park outside. Rooms are spacious and they made it special for us with an anniversary cake and a gift for our daughter. Even a personal note to go with it.

When we checked in, we had a few questions. Since I had a business trip (according to the accounting documents and check-in time). Manager Rustam promptly solved them and helped with all the questions that were asked to him. Thanks to Rustam very much. I liked the hotel.
